In a state of deep relaxation you will be able to quiet your conscious mind allowing access to the unconscious part of your mind. The unconscious mind is a large reference library of everything you have ever experienced, seen, smelt, tasted and heard. Julie’s treatments involve a combination of Hypnotherapy, Hypnotic Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

 There are many times when we go into a trance state. Loosing ourselves in a film or book, watching the changing shapes of the clouds overhead, or simply staring into space. In these situations we always remain aware and in control and that is the same with an induced trance. At all times you will be in a state of awareness and at no time will your unconscious mind accept any suggestions you do not agree with.
